Suggested/green light:lamb, kid, roe deer, deer, rabbit, fallow deer, mutton.
Neutral: beef or horse bresaola (without lactose or other additives), horse, pheasant, liver (not pork or chicken), beef, turkey, ostrich, veal.
Not recommended/red light:duck, wild boar, pork (meat and salami of all kinds, especially if smoked), goose, partridge, capon, chicken, rooster, hen, quail, any type of smoked meat.
Suggested/green light: caviar, grouper, halibut, pike, cod, hake, salmon (not smoked), sardine, mackerel, sole, sturgeon.
Neutral: herring (fresh and pickled), squid, carp, scallops, whitefish, bream, dogfish, golden perch, catfish, swordfish, cuttlefish, tuna, red mullet, rainbow trout, and salmon.
Not recommended/red light: anchovy, eel, lobster, mussels, prawns, crab, land snails (helix pomatia), oysters, perch, octopus, frogs, amberjack, smoked salmon, sea bass, clams.
Better to prefer natural fish, not canned. Avoid fried, breaded or smoked fish. Crustaceans, molluscs and snails can cause serious ailments
Suggested/green light: Feta (fresh goat cheese, sheep and Greek type), cottage cheese, goat cheese, kefir, skimmed goat milk, lean cottage cheese.
Neutral: Brie, butter, camembert, cheddar, Edam, Emmental, melted cheese, ice cream, whole goat milk, whole cow's milk, parmesan, provolone.
Not recommended/red light: All fatty and aged cheeses (e.g. gorgonzola, or cheeses with added fat) and derivatives such as mascarpone, cream, etc.
More and more scientific studies show that there is a correlation between dairy consumption and tumor development. For this reason, in addition to not being tolerated by a large part of the population, dairy products should be consumed as little as possible or completely eliminated from a healthy diet.
Soy and Derivatives
Suggested/green light: Gluten-free soy cheese (tofu), soy drink, soy yogurt.
Check if the soy products are well tolerated by your body; sometimes it can create problems. It is important to always choose organically grown soybeans that do not contain GMOs
Suggested/green light: never fried in oil or butter. For cooking eggs, it is preferable to use pans with a stone bottom.
Oils and Fats
Suggested/green light: rice oil, grape seed oil.
Neutral: cod liver oil, butter, linseed oil, extra virgin olive oil.
Not recommended/red light: peanut oil, safflower oil, sunflower oil, corn oil, rapeseed oil, pumpkin seed oil, sesame oil, soybean oil.I
It is always better to consume raw oil and butter, using them directly on the plate; avoid cooking or frying them.
Seeds and dried fruit
Neutral: almond butter, chestnuts, almonds, walnuts, macadamia nuts, brazil nuts, pecans.
Not recommended/red light: cashews, peanuts, peanut butter, sesame butter (Tahin), hazelnuts, pine nuts, pistachios, sunflower seeds, poppy seeds, sesame seeds, pumpkin seeds.
Do not combine chestnuts with cereals and dairy products. Avoid them during the summer. Always prefer organic products.
Suggested/green light: runner beans, Lima beans.
Neutral: Fresh and dried borlotti, cannellini beans, red beans, green beans, beans, peas, snow peas (peas with pods), yellow and green soybeans.
Non recommended/red light: Azuki (red soy), chickpeas, eye beans, black beans, lentils, red lentils, green lentils.
Although soybeans are among the recommended foods, some people don't tolerate it. It is always better to check their tolerability in small doses first. There are three types of soybeans: yellow, green and red. All legumes should never be combined with dairy products, fruit, and cereals. Better to combine them with meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables.
Cereals and the like
Suggested/green light: Millet, quinoa, rice flour and bran, brown and semi-brown rice, wild rice, puffed rice, red rice, black rice.
Neutral: Oats, oat flour, and bran, potato starch, muesli, basmati rice, white rice.
Non recommended/red light: Amaranth, corn starch, couscous, wheat bran, wheat flour, durum wheat flour, cornflour (polenta), spelled, wheat, wheat germ, buckwheat, Kasha (toasted buckwheat), Kamut, corn, barley and barley flour, pearl barley, wheat semolina, rye and rye flour, tapioca.
Check if the oats are well tolerated and use them in moderation. Apart from specific intolerances, it is good to remember that these cereals contain gluten; therefore they must be avoided for celiacs and those with evident gluten intolerances.
As we age, it is best to avoid starchy foods and cereals. Especially at dinner, it would be a good rule not to use it; they tend to raise cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight.
Among the crackers that best satisfy balanced eating habits, always not exceeding their use, we mention the crackers of quinoa, rice, millet and rice.
Rice, and millet in any form should not be consumed together with wine and lemon.
Pasta: only if made from oats, rice, millet, soy (100% without corn).
Suggested/green light: red beets, broccoli, carrots, cauliflower, brussels sprouts, white and red cabbage, Chinese cabbage, aubergines, parsnips, American sweet potatoes, yellow, green and red peppers, parsley, savoy cabbage.
Neutral: garlic, seaweed, dill, asparagus, kohlrabi, chervil, cucumbers, chicory, white, yellow and red onions, ribs, Daikon, bean sprouts, fennel, mushrooms, endive, lettuce, white, yellow and red potatoes, red chili, leek, radicchio, horseradish, turnips, rocket, shallots, celery, spinach, dandelions, ginger, courgettes.
Non recommended/red light: artichokes, green and black olives, tomatoes, radishes, Jerusalem artichoke, pumpkin.
Always use seasonal vegetables, organically grown. The varieties of mushrooms are many and change with the climate and latitude. Avoid eating them in breadcrumbs and fried, better sautéed with eggs.
In the case of hepatitis or other liver problems, it is best to avoid consuming mushrooms.
Suggested/green light: pineapple, cabbage, blueberry, papaya, grapes
Neutral: apricot, orange, carrot, cherry, apple, grapefruit, plum.
Not recommended/red light: pomegranate, tomato.
Better to avoid fruit juices in winter

Neutral: apricot, watermelon, orange, cedar, cherries, dates, figs (also dried), strawberries, kiwi, raspberries, mandarin, mango, apple, melon, blueberries, blackberries, pear, peaches, grapefruit, red and black currants, elderberries, grapes.
Not recommended/red light: avocado, persimmon, prickly pear, pomegranate, coconut, rhubarb.
The use of seasonal organic fruit is recommended, preferably in summer. Eat it alone or with meat, fish, oilseed meals; avoid it with cereals.
Intolerances towards peaches are very common; those who manifest the symptoms must refrain from consuming them. Dried fruit (plums, figs, raisins, dates, etc.), should be organically grown and never with added sugar.
Spices and the like
Suggested/green light: curry, cayenne pepper, horseradish, ginger.
Neutral: balsamic vinegar, apple vinegar, red and white wine vinegar, garlic, bay leaf, dill, anise, basil, bergamot, capers, cardamom, carob (flour and cream), chervil, cloves, coriander, cumin, turmeric, tarragon, chives, fennel seeds, marjoram, mint, peppermint, miso (soy only), nutmeg, oregano, paprika, Jamaica pepper, black peppercorns, red pepper, rosemary, salt (do not exceed in use ), sage, savory, mustard, tamari (soy sauce), tamarind, thyme, vanilla, saffron.
Not recommended/red light: corn starch, cinnamon, jelly, glutamate, ketchup.
Avoid consuming nut for broth containing glutamate or chicken.
Sweets and sweeteners
Neutral: milk and dark chocolate (without hazelnuts), rice-based drink, millet-based drink, molasses, honey, maple syrup, beet sugar, brown sugar.
Not recommended/red light: aspartame, candy, sugar-free sweets, synthetic sweeteners, chewing gum, maltodextrin, agave syrup, corn syrup, xylitol.
Honey should be dissolved in a warm (not hot) or room temperature drink. It is possible to consume honey with tolerated oil seeds (walnuts, almonds, etc.) or with eggs.
Sugar is extracted from sugar cane and belongs to the grass family. So-called "sugar-free sweets" do not exist; even if they do not contain sucrose, they are made with glucose, fructose, maltose, xylitol, etc.
Preserves and sauces
Neutral: mayonnaise (made with tolerated oils, without corn starch), permitted fruit jams, sauces based on basil (pesto) and parsley, mustard, pickles, sweet and sour vegetables.
Not recommended/red light: ketchup and other sauces that contain tomato, sauces with artichokes, with green or black olives or with cream.
Suggested/green light: natural water, chicory coffee, green tea
Neutral: rice and millet beer, coffee (in moderation), ginseng coffee, Karkade, cider, black tea, decaffeinated tea, white wine, red wine.
Not recommended/red light: soda and soda water, carbonated or cola-based drinks, diet sodas, beer, barley coffee, spirits.
As for wine, it is best to avoid it in the evening. It can be used instead of oil for cooking. It is preferable to drink the one without adding sulfites.
As for ginseng coffee, check that it contains only coffee and ginseng and not barley, cream or other substances.
Herbs and plants
Suggested/green light: Roman chamomile, ginseng, licorice root, peppermint, passionflower, propolis (resin produced by bees), sage, ginger.
Neutral:yarrow, burdock, hawthorn, chamomile, calendula, milk thistle, echinacea, eucalyptus, fennel seeds, hypericum, mint, elderberry, dandelion, thyme, valerian.
Not recommended/red light: aloe, corn beards, fenugreek, gentian, hops, Chinese rhubarb, senna, linden, mullein.
