Suggested/green light:l lamb, kid, rabbit, mutton, turkey.
Neutral: pheasant veal liver, ostrich, sausage or turkey salami (lactose-free, gluten-free, pork-free and preservatives).
Not recommended/red light: duck, beef and horse bresaola, roe deer, horse, wild boar, fallow deer, pork and pork sausages, beef, goose, capon, chicken, rooster and hen, veal, any type of smoked meat.
For this particular blood type, consume fish more frequently.
Suggested/green light: grouper, pike, land snails (especially Helix Pomatia), cod, hake, salmon (not smoked), sardine, mackerel, sturgeon, tuna.
Neutral: herring (not in brine or smoked), squid, carp, caviar, scallops, mussels, croaker, gilthead bream, dogfish, golden perch, catfish, swordfish, cuttlefish, sole, red mullet, rainbow trout, and salmon.
Not recommended/red light: anchovies, eel, lobster, pickled or smoked herring, prawns (sea and river), crab, halibut, oysters, flounder, octopus, frogs, amberjack, smoked salmon, sea bass, clams.
Better to prefer natural fish, not canned. Avoid fried, breaded or smoked fish.
Suggested/green light: feta (fresh goat cheese and Greek sheep), goat cheese, goat yogurt.
Neutral: crescenza, edam, emmental, fontina, goat's milk (better skimmed or cottage cheese), skim cow's milk (in great moderation), low-fat yogurt (in moderation).
Not recommended/red light: brie, butter, camembert, ice cream, gorgonzola, grana padano, whole milk, cream, parmesan cheese, provolone.
Although some cow dairy products are indicated as neutral, their consumption is not recommended. More and more scientific studies show that there is a correlation between dairy consumption and tumor development. For this reason, in addition to not being tolerated by a large part of the population, dairy products should be consumed as little as possible or completely eliminated from a healthy diet.
Soy and Derivatives
Neutral: Gluten-free soy cheese (tofu), soy drink, soy yogurt.
Check if the soy products are well tolerated by your body; sometimes it can create problems. It is important to always choose organically grown soybeans that do not contain GMOs
Suggested/green light: never fried in oil or butter. For cooking eggs, it is preferable to use pans with a stone bottom.
Oils and Fats
Suggested/green light: extra virgin olive oil, rice oil, grape seed oil.

Not recommended/red light: olio di semi di girasole, olio di mais, olio di semi di zucca, olio di sesamo, burro.
It is always better to consume raw oil and butter, using them directly on the plate; avoid cooking or frying them.
Seeds and dried fruit
Suggested/green light: peanuts, peanut butter, chestnuts, walnuts.
Neutral: cashews, almonds and almond butter, brazil nuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios.
Not recommended/red light: sunflower, hazelnuts and hazelnut butter, poppy seeds, pumpkin seeds, sesame, and sesame butter.
Do not combine chestnuts with cereals and dairy products. Avoid them during the summer. Always prefer organic products.
Suggested/green light: borlotti beans (fresh and dried), red beans, green lentils.
Neutral: cicerchie, cannellini beans, green beans, broad beans, common and red lentils, lupins, peas, snow peas (peas with pods), green soy, yellow soy.
Non recommended/red light: Azuki (red soy), chickpeas, white Spanish beans, eye beans, black beans.
Although soybeans are among the recommended foods, some people don't tolerate it. It is always better to check their tolerability in small doses first. There are three types of soybeans: yellow, green and red. All legumes should never be combined with dairy products, fruit, and cereals. Better to combine them with meat, fish, eggs, and vegetables.
Cereals and the like
Suggested/green light: millet, rice (all types).
Neutral: amaranth, oats, potato starch, quinoa, rye, barley and pearl barley (if there are no problems with gluten).
Non recommended/red light: corn starch, couscous, cornmeal (polenta), spelled, wheat, Kamut, buckwheat, tapioca.
Check if the oats, bareley, rye are well tolerated and use them in moderation. Apart from specific intolerances, it is good to remember that these cereals contain gluten; therefore they must be avoided for celiacs and those with evident gluten intolerances.
As we age, it is best to avoid starchy foods and cereals. Especially at dinner, it would be a good rule not to use it; they tend to raise cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, and weight. Among the crackers that best satisfy balanced eating habits, always not exceeding their use, we mention the crackers of quinoa, rice, millet and rice.
Rice in any form should not be consumed together with wine, tomato and lemon.
Pasta: only if made from oats, rice, millet, bareley.
Gnocchi: recommended if made of potatoes and rice flour, millet or potato starch.
Suggested/green light: garlic (if not digestive problems), beetroot, chard, broccoli, cauliflower, cucumber, aubergine, parsnip, sweet potatoes, parsley, celery, dandelion, savoy cabbage.
Neutral: seaweed, asparagus, beets and coasts, carrots, brussels sprouts, cabbage, Chinese cabbage, red cabbage, chervil, chicory (all types), onion coriander, watercress, cumin, Daikon (white root of Japan), fennel, mushrooms, bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, escarole endive, curly endive, lettuce, green olives, white, yellow and red potatoes, tomatoes, leek, radicchio, horseradish, turnips, rocket, shallots, spinach, black and white truffle, ginger, pumpkin, courgettes.
Non recommended/red light: artichokes, black olives, chili, peppers, radishes, rhubarb, Jerusalem artichoke.
Always use seasonal vegetables, organically grown. The varieties of mushrooms are many and change with the climate and latitude. Avoid eating them in breadcrumbs and fried, better sautéed with eggs.
In the case of hepatitis or other liver problems, it is best to avoid consuming mushrooms.
Potatoes can replace pasta and bread in all preparations.
Suggested/green light: carrots, cabbage, cherry, papaya, grapes.
Neutral: water and lemon, apricots, pineapple, apples, grapefruit, plum.
Not recommended/red light: orange, pomegranate, mango.
Suggested/green light: pineapples, cherries, figs (fresh and dried), kiwis, lemons, grapefruit, fresh plums (of all kinds), grapes.
Neutral: apricots, watermelon, carob, cedar, dates, strawberries, raspberries, tangerines, apples, melon, blueberries, blackberries, papaya, pears, peaches, dried plums, elderberry, black and red currants, dried raisins.
Not recommended/red light: oranges, avocados, bananas, persimmons, prickly pears, mangoes, pomegranate, coconut, rhubarb.
The use of seasonal organic fruit is recommended, preferably in summer. Eat it alone or with meat, fish, oilseed meals; avoid it with cereals.
Intolerances towards peaches are very common; those who manifest the symptoms must refrain from consuming them. Dried fruit (plums, figs, raisins, dates, etc.), should be organically grown and never with added sugar.
Spices and the like
Suggested/green light: garlic, curry, horseradish, ginger.
Neutral: bay leaf, dill, basil, bergamot, cinnamon, cardamom, carob, chervil, cloves, coriander, cumin, turmeric, tarragon, chives, fennel seeds, brewer's yeast, marjoram, mayonnaise (made with tolerated oil and without starch) corn), mint, peppermint, miso (soy only), nutmeg, paprika, rosemary, salt (do not exceed in use), tamari (soy sauce), sage, savory, mustard, tamarind, thyme, vanilla, saffron.
Not recommended/red light: wine vinegar (white and red) and apples, balsamic vinegar, corn starch, anise, capers, gelatin, glutamate, pepper of all kinds, red chili pepper, ketchup, pickles, and sweet and sour vegetables.
Avoid consuming nut for broth containing glutamate or chicken.
Sweets and sweeteners
Neutral: rice drink, carob, dark chocolate (in moderation and without hazelnuts), barley malt, fruit jams allowed, molasses, honey, maple syrup, beet sugar, brown sugar.
Not recommended/red light: corn syrup, agave syrup, candies, synthetic sweeteners, sweets without sugar, fructose, chewing gum, xylitol.
Honey should be dissolved in a warm (not hot) or room temperature drink. It is possible to consume honey with protein foods.
Sugar is extracted from sugar cane and belongs to the grass family. So-called "sugar-free sweets" do not exist; even if they do not contain sucrose, they are made with glucose, fructose, maltose, xylitol, etc.
Preserves/jam: better alone (as a snack without exaggerating) or combined with proteins such as meat or eggs. Avoid combinations with starchy foods.
Preserves and sauces
Neutral: sauces based on basil (pesto with allowed cheeses), or green olives, parsley, mustard without vinegar, mayonnaise (made with allowed oils), fruit preserves allowed.
Not recommended/red light: ketchup, sauces based on seasoned fat cheeses, and black olives, sauces that contain all kinds of vinegar, corn starches, gluten, cream, pepper, chili, pickles.
Suggested/green light: natural water, chicory coffee, green tea, chamomile tea, coffee.
Neutral: soda water and soda, beer (not wheat or corn), ginseng coffee, barley coffee, Karkade, cider, white, and red wine.
Not recommended/red light: cola-based drinks, carbonated drinks, wheat beer, spirits, black tea, decaffeinated tea.
As for wine, it is best to avoid it in the evening. It can be used instead of oil for cooking. It is preferable to drink the one without adding sulfites.
As for ginseng coffee, check that it contains only coffee and ginseng and not barley, cream or other substances.
Herbs and plants
Suggested/green light: burdock, birch, hawthorn, chamomile, milk thistle, echinacea, horsetail, ginseng, licorice root, propolis (resin produced by bees), dandelion, ginger.
Neutral: yarrow, calendula, eucalyptus, fennel seeds, hypericum, mint, peppermint, nepeta cataria, parsley, sage, elderberry, thyme, valerian, verbena.
Not recommended/red light: aloe, corn beards, fenugreek, gentian, hops, Chinese rhubarb, senna, linden.
